Welcome to Country Life! Warm and inviting best describes the atmosphere of this nicely decorated three bedroom, two bath cabin located in the development of Little Bavaria in Valle Crucis.

This home features a wood burning fireplace and large flat screen TV in the living room. For added comfort, Country Life has central air conditioning, a drip coffeemaker in the kitchen, and laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

You'll find the family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and two Queen bedrooms on the main level. There is also a full bath between the two bedrooms. Each of these two Queen bedrooms have chic LVP flooring!

Upstairs you will find the large loft with plenty of furnishings and a sofa sleeper. The king suite bedroom with a private bath offers a newly upgraded double vanity, whirlpool tub and separate shower.

Head outside to soak in the hot tub, toast marshmallows the wood burning fire pit, or take in nature sitting in the rockers on the oversize covered front porch. This home is dog friendly (pet rent per pet) and has ample yard surrounded by mountains. Walk just a short ways down the neighborhood street and enjoy catch & release fishing at the stocked Different Drum Lake in the neighborhood!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs. Pet rent is $25+tax per dog per night. Mature, well-trained dogs only.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- ALL of the guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish on the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, they do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it, however, it is catch and release ONLY.

Additional Notes:
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
