"We had our truck broken into right in front of a camera that they had on the side of the building. The staff member on duty who looked like he was lucky to be 16 did very little to help us. Didn’t even call the police for us we had to. And the manager couldn’t be bothered to come in so that the police could try to look at the surveillance footage, which most likely we’re gonna find out the cameras, don’t even work."

"Our stay had some positive and some negative views. The positive is the house was very clean and staying in contact with the host was very easy and they were very efficient. The things that we were disappointed in is that the house sleeps six people, but all the furnishings only were set up for four people. The living room, the deck, the sunroom, the kitchen all sat only 4 people so to go in any room with all six of us someone had to get a chair or sit on the floor. We were also disappointed with the basement bathroom, which appeared very nice in the pictures, but the shower needs some attending to. The shower floor seemed in rough shape and the tiles around the floor needed some good cleaning. Some suggestions for the owners would be to have a light switch at the top of the stairs because we needed to use a flashlight to go down in the basement to find a light to get to the bathroom. Also a towel rack in the upstairs bathroom is needed . Some homes Also leave some books, games to play, etc. and it was pretty bare bones. We stayed for three nights and was only there basically a couple hours in the evening and just to sleep, so for us it worked out ok. For us, we will not be back next year, but for others that don’t care about the things we were disappointed in. It was still a very nice house."

"Our host was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. This is not a fancy house, but it's very clean and comfortable - and the backyard is huge, with comfy Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. The street is somewhat busy, but the house itself is quiet.We would definitely stay here again."
