We are pleased to offer our classic vintage home that has been REMODELED to host your visit to Victoria. We named it Casa Victoria hence… we want it to be your home away from home . Utilize our stocked kitchen/dining area as well as wash room with washer and dryer. Enjoy 1700 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kid's play room. Casa Vic has 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins & 1 Full Futon sleeper in separate Kid’s Play Room. There is also a couch (not a sleeper) in living area . Additional floor mattress available upon request.
We have included beautiful hand-made touches built by my husband himself! .. pine beds/trim, custom tile and hand-made furniture.
Is your trip work-related? We have high-speed internet, 2 built in work stations with high-end comfy desk chairs, monitors and custom built monitor stands.
We also own a grass -fed farm nearby and offer our steaks/meat to Grill on our Charcoal pit. Or bring your own! Want to dine out? Dining/shopping is literally minutes around the corner from restaurants, entertainment and mall shopping. Downtown Victoria is approx. 12 minutes away.
We WELCOME your well-behaved pet family members with acknowledgment of our pet policy. ( non refundable 89.00 per pet )who can be with you during your stay and also run in our privacy fenced yard . Please make sure the pet policy is a fit for your family pet with acknowledgment.

Please understand we are a family-owned business and do all our own cleaning, maintenance etc. The extra guest fee for home or pool covers the cost of supplies, cleaning, pool chemicals, utilities associated. Any violation of this will result in your booking being reported and cancelled with no refund. In booking, it shows that you have read our agreement in its entirety .
This property has a pool that does not include a 4-sided isolation fence so added supervision is necessary.
