Our room smelled like an ash tray. So bad that we could not stay in the room. There were no other rooms available due to construction so we were forced to go to another hotel.

Would not recommend.. Rude ass employees in the front. The room was filthy. Smoke alarm was already off of the wall and they blamed us. Wash cloth looked like they were used. Shower and toilet had hair and on the floor too. The sheets had stains. Shower didn’t even have a shower head and the hand rail was loose and hanging . Rented a 4 night stayed and got kicked out on 3rd night after we request our room to be cleaned. Not once did housekeepers go in and throw trash or gave us new towels. We had 1 half of roll of toilet paper. The fridge smelled of old left over food and wasn’t cleaned. They have lil underage kids running around all hrs of the night. When asked to talk to a manger or owner was were asked to just get our stuff and leave even without a refund for the last night ..

AC didn’t cool down room, it’s just leaked all over my stuff, the bed was stained, and all I could hear from the adjoining room all morning during me trying to sleep in was construction and very loud music. The beds were stained and when I went to pull back the sheet the mattress had a big burn hole. The door struggled to open from the inside or outside with or with out the card. Very poor stay. No amenities listed were included due to “renovations” no working front desk number, no working phone, no cable or internet or pool. Definitely could have been better for the price or had a notice that there was renovations and half made rooms

Roaches and bed bugs! Went to the front desk to ask to change rooms and that wouldn’t be accommodated. Then proceeded to ask for a refund to change my hotel, they wouldn’t do that either

When I arrived for check in there were cops everywhere and I wasn't checked for about 20 minutes after I got there. No one said hold on I will be with you I just stood there until they were done. No sorry no nothing. Very bad customer service. Finally I checked in I was looking for my room it seemed like a crack motel. I found my room not clean and the TV only had one channel to look at I couldn't turn the channel so I told them at the front desk and I was told someone would come look at it. No one came! So I was like ok it's just one night and I leave in the morning I guess it's ok. Then it was really loud with people going in and out of that place like an all night crack place then I saw lots of roaches everywhere inside the room!! I couldn't believe that! Very dirty place! Smelled bad too!

The room was not clean, when me and my wife got in the room and looked around we were discusted with how dirty the room was. Left over soap from the last people thay stayed thete was still in the shower. The pillow stunk so bad! The sink had a fork stuffed in it so the water did not drain well from it. The tv remote was sticky. So many Meth users walking around, people next door to me had a dog that barked all night. Smelled like weed so bad when you pass by others rooms. It was one of the worst hotels Ive ever been to. I travel the country so ive been to quite a few. This one is in the bottom 5 for sure.

The worst stay possible
Girl at the front desk was rude! Sent us upstairs to a one bedroom that was not under our reservation! Sent us to another room upstairs that was not cleaned,and then finally sent us to a clean room! All I hear now are rats in the room!
