Very Poor Parking

The staff (lady) at the front desk was very accommodating and we appreciated her good service. The initial presentation when we walked into our room was also excellent. However, as a person with somewhat limited mobility, it was very stressful to not find allocated parking stalls for specific rooms. Other hotels do this where a stall has the room number on it. We never got to park in front of our room and on two out of the three nights we were parked there we had to park in the boonies and uphill which was quite a trek for me to walk in either direction. I would not stay again based on the poor parking conditions which made our stay very difficult arriving and leaving our room.

Bang for Your Buck

The INN is great with so many touches that made for a great experience. It was a very last minute trip so options were limited. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and modern atmosphere that included a well incorporated theme, cheeky sayings, and friendly staff. The only thing that I didn't care for were the street noise and the difficulty I had in locating the ice machine. However, the staff was able to point me in the right direction. If you want an easily licated hitel from the Victoria Ferries, be close to shopping snd Parliament, and get a great value, the the Accent INN is a great choice.

The staff were great and very welcoming. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We felt that the inn was not in the best area. The noise came from the road out front and also from the water whenever a toilet was flushed in our room or the next one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Accent Inns. The staff were so kind and lovely. The room has been redone and feels nice, clean and homey. The beds are very comfortable! Location wise, it’s in the middle of Victoria and driving distance to many different areas.

We booked a suite described as being 605 sq ft, but in reality it is closer to 300 sq ft. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. The worst part was the noise — when the neighboring unit used their bathroom at 3 a.m., it was so loud it woke everyone up. It literally sounded like their bathtub was in the middle of our bedroom. The staff did offer to move us to another unit, but since we were checking out the next morning, we decided not to move. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was a great place for us to stay with our two pugs! It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It is also priced well and conveniently located! The staff were super AWESOME! The staff were friendly, helpful and kind!

Overall, the property is fine. staff were friendly and tried their best to help. However it is a little far from downtown core (8-10 minutes driving) and there's a lack of dining within walking distance.
