When checking in the front desk told us that our reservation had been declined and that she had tried to call us (I had no missed calls). I showed her the Expedia receipt and we ended up with a room, but it was frustrating. The room as clean and comfortable.

when I called to check on the late check-in the young lady who answered the phone could not find the reservation. Over 30 minutes on the phone led to no assistance. She kept insisting that I give her a reservation number other than my name, my business name or the Expedia confirmation number. I drove to the hotel and was greeted with the person telling me the reservation was right there for everyone to see. I Don't know who it was on the phone at 4:00pm on Feb 22,2025 but all of that was so unnecessary. I then turned around and went back to the Convention Center to finish up my meeting.

Disappointing stay... I'm dealing with CIRS related to mold exposure so I'm really sensitive to things and need everything to be really clean We usually find Comfort Suites to be really clean all around with not a lot of scents but this one was disappointin. I believe there must be mold behind the walls, nothing visible but it affected me like mold, got up really congested, ears hurting, felt like I had the flu. I'm feel much better after leaving and getting fresh air. Also, they had air freshener throughout hotel; that's usually a sign of covering up something. We won't be stopping at this comfort suites again

Frustrated Jacuzzi

Check-in was good the front desk staff was okay but no one addressed my issues with cleaning of the bathroom. That was the only area I asked housekeeping to take care of and they did a lousy job of it. The person that clean the room did not clean the Jacuzzi properly. The mat for the tub was not removed during cleaning so when I lifted it up, it was still dirty underneath which means I was not able to use it. I made the person at the front desk aware of the issue. I was having with the Jacuzzi and she stated that she would deliver my message to the manager that worked the 11 P to 7A shift when I checked out, I asked the person that was on duty at the time was the manager made aware and she could not answer me because she had no knowledge of it. This was her first time hearing of it when I spoke to her at that time.
