I have already contacted the hotel main office today. The room we were given had previously been broken into and they had just painted over the screwdriver markers on the door to the room. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in it also was just painted over. The headboard of the bed was torn up. There was a condom under the edge of the bed. Duct tape placed on the carpet/tile by the elevator. The property was not well lighted outside after dark. Pretty scarry experience.

To whom it may concern, My wife and I were traveling with my 92 year old mother in law. Our room 107 was not clean. There appeared to be mold coming from under the sink on the p trap also in the shower along the bottom panel. I have photos of these items. However, my concern is how my MILs concerns were addressed. When we arrived at approximately 1630, she wanted to soak in the tub. She was not able to get any hot water from the faucet. When we left for dinner, we informed the front desk person and was informed the problem would be fixed by the time we returned, which it was. Later in the evening, my MIL went in to use pee and when she flushed the toilet and it began to overflow. Instead of reaching out to us, she went to the front desk to inform the clerk. Supposedly, the clerk came to the room and attempted to flush the toilet causing it to overflow more. She placed towels on the floor and supposedly, could not do anything further. My MIL was not able to use the restroom nor take a shower. The clerk failed to remedy the situation by offering a different room or by having someone address the issues immediately. Upon hearing what had happened this morning I investigated the towels on the floor to dam the water and left for someone else to take care of. I also took pictures of the area.
