The facility was clean and quiet. The rooms were ready on time and liked that checkout was 11am and not earlier. The staff were warm and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good too - plenty of options. My only complaint was that the pillows were thick and hard. Would have loved softer pillows. I’d stay there again.

We have stayed at Vegraville suites several times now and have always been very pleased with the service. The rooms are large and well kept considering many construction and oil workers stay there. Breakfast is fantastic. Management is great. Thanks again for your service.

Too many issues

While our room was ready. We had other members of our team have their rooms cancelled because he didn’t answer a phone call two days earlier to confirm. We were also promised a room for our team to relax in and have a party it had gotten cancelled as well and we had to fight to get a different room Overall, not a great experience.
