Clean but pool not available all week. Difficult checkin (prices different than Expedia and phone in reservations). Took a long time to checkin and get it straightened out. No hot breakfast or coffee after 9 am even though breakfast goes until 10.

Withheld Important Information

No room keys were available at check in and the in room coffee maker was broken. The hotel did not disclose that the pool was closed for maintenance. The pool was THE MAIN reason my family booked there!

I like that the staff is friendly and courteous and always taking care of my needs. The only problem I had was the key card had to be reprogrammed 2 times in my week stay and there was no one for the front desk when I was leaving at 4 am in the morning.

The property is great and the breakfast is excellent. I had to ask to have the bed changed completely because there was the aroma of other humans on it. They don't use bleach so that could be part of the problem. Once it was done, my stay was perfect. Super spacious room and comfortable bed. Very quiet. Staff are all excellent and kind.
