The hotel exceeded expectations. Crystal and Cindy were so nice and welcoming. There was an omelette stations on Wed and Thurs which was great. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a game room with lots of boardgames and 2 arcade machines for free! The hot tub was nice and big. The gym was clean. Everything was great!

Came for the u11 tournament. It was a great time! The free breakfast was actually delicious, the hotel was nice, clean warm. The staff were very polite and patient with the copius amount of kids there for the tournament. With over 100 They couldnt seem to keep the pool towels stocked but they still did their best to accommodate with smaller towels which made me laugh, but our kids appreciated something to dry off with. Haha overall a great stay.

Stayed for a hockey tournament. Breakfast was significantly better than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Beds were ok. Hotel was clean and the games room was an awesome addition. Pool was also great for the team. Thanks again!

The beds were in comfortable, our bedding was noticeably dirty so I changed it out. The bathroom smelt mildew like and even with the fan on the condensation when showering was enough to case a “rain effect” from the ceiling for some time afterwards. The staff, breakfast and look of the hotel are good but the level of cleanliness/attention to detail when cleaning could be much better

Decent hotel. Showed some aged but not terrible. Room was very cold and heater only seemed to work off and on. There was space heaters in hallways. Pool was nice waterslide and hot tub was working. The price was expensive for the age and type of room. As I booked through the hotel app the front desk couldn’t do anything about the room price. You can always get a better deal through the hotel directly instead of booking online.
