Very convenient to train station. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the grand canal.Would have liked access to freezer and a bit more kitchen supplies, but our stay was only 3 nights so we managed.

This apartment is all about the location! Perfect to open your windows and just watch the boats and people go by. It is a busy water way so you hear boats almost all day and night. There are restaurants, shops and luggage storage close by and the train station is not too far away either. Getting to St. Marks is about a 30 min walk or more. We ran into an issue with the check in process. So if you book this apartment take note that the keypad is NOT by the iron gate. You must go through that gate, which may take a little extra effort to release the latch. Then proceed to the building where the keypad is.

Steps away from the train station and sites!

We had a wonderful time staying here while we vacationed in Venice. It is in a great location if you want to be close to the train station but also close enough to walk around the city. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby - even a grocery store. Me, my wife and two small children had a great time.

Great apartment in a convenient location

We stayed in this property with our family of 4. It was a good location near the train station with a view of the canal. We enjoyed the apartment for our short stay in Venice.

Great location

Overall, our stay was good. The apartment had a/c and it worked great with the Venice heat. The location was great as well. We only stayed for 3 days so didn’t do any laundry however if we needed to the washer was on the 1st floor of the building and was a bit scarey looking. Communication from the host was slow (sending me forms to fill out once I arrived in Venice.)

Amazing view!

Very clean apartment with a great view. Nice and close to the train station for coming and going. We would definitely stay here again. Host was very good about sending us directions on how to find the apartment and how to enter.

Great time in venice

Close to the train station, beautiful views from bedroom windows. Clean and very spacious. A little far from main spots, but with it in my opinion for the views and convenience of not having to carry bags across the city

Amazing views and location

The apartment is conveniently located less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and the views from the two bedrooms are as advertised! The check-in process was easy and the communication with the host was prompt. A few necessities were missing like dishwasher pods and dish towels, but that was our only concern. Would stay here again!

We absolutely were blown away by this apartment. So clean and comfortable and modern with just the right touch of Venetian style. Wonderful location and simply incredible views right on the Grand Canal. You won’t regret staying here. It made our trip to Venice worthwhile!

Great location and views

Great location close to the main drag, with Grand Canal views from the bedrooms (and one bathroom!). Because of the proximity to the Grand Canal, it's not the quietest apartment, but the location is fabulous for getting to everything without being right in the crush of the St. Mark's square area. Our party of two couples found it comfortable for our needs.

Amazing location and plentiful space

Spacious apartment directly on the Grand Canal, with amazing views from the bedroom windows and small balcony off of the bathroom (not sure if that was the original layout ;) Perfect for our family of four. Communication with the host team was fantastic through VRBO and WhatsApp, and they also helped coordinate additional activities in Venice as well as a ride to the airport.
