We had a lovely stay at Hotel Leone in Venice. It is perfectly situated, in a quiet area, and the staff was helpful and most welcoming. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Venice!

Great canal view and close to everything!

We were here 1 night. The room we had 52 was amazing even though the bed wasn’t to comfortable it was fine. The views made up for it! Loved the ambient lighting. The lights going on very early from the sensors were distracting because of a large gap under the door. The floors made it noisy for the early check out or early comers wasn’t sure but if your a light sleeper could be an issue. I am a light sleeper so it woke me. The canals shut down early so noise from outside wasn’t bad however they do start early so I was woken up by the boats out the windows. Overall I would stay here again for the location and the room with the canals we brought up dinner and opened all the windows and enjoyed ppl watching!

The hotel is very conveniently located, less than 10min walk from the train station and also 2min away from the waterbus stop for the airport. The hotel building itself is in good condition, and the room had everything that's needed. The only minor comment would be that it is, like most other buildings in Venice, an old building, so lots of noise gets through the walls and the floors, the moment someone in the room above us moved a chair, we were woken up. Also, for those who like to sleep in, if you can, avoid the room located right next to the staff room and the storage cupboards in the corridor. The cleaning starts early and the staff inevitably make some noise while chatting and cleaning. The reception staff was excellent, gave very helpful tips about the transport.

Great location and comfortable rooms. We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station so that we don’t have to haul our suitcases for a long walk and it was the right choice. Located next to a small canal and walkable everywhere, this hotel was safe, comfortable and clean. We had a triple room and it included a separate bed for our 10 year old which she loved. The bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. Room was decent size and was spotlessly cleaned every day. We appreciated the heated rack in the bathroom and the working safe. There is a nice bakery 1 minute from the hotel which had the best pistachio croissants and a coffee place with excellent espresso and cappuccino. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are close by. Overall, this was a great choice for our stay and we would gladly stay here again.

It's been renovated. Very clean. Not on the Grand Canal so not as busy. Walkable from the train station with luggage. You can walk to St. Mark Square, however very easy to get lost. Use Google maps.

Nice hotel conveniently located next to the water taxis for airport. Room was clean and ready prior to check-in time, which was definitely appreciated. However, bathroom was a bit small, and we could hear a lot of the noise from outside from boats honking before the bridge (luckily the boats stopped overnight)

This place is a long walk away from the madness but still had excitement. close to train and vaporetto to airport. We would stay here again.
