Morning hotel breakfast was perfect way to start the day. Transportation on various boats right outside the door. Less than 5 minutes to Doges Palace and St Marks Square. Central to all. Every single employee was very nice and helpful. Quiet room with a little terrace completed a wonderful stay.

Great Location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Excellent location on the grand canal, there is a vaperetto station a few hundred feet away. Very walkable location. The rooms were comfortable the bathrooms are. a bit tight and the showers are quite small so if you are a larger person you might not find it to be comfortable. We loved our stay here and would certainly come back again.

Quiet simple hotel / room within walking distance to so much of what Venice has to offer. While the front desk were usually at the larger (and probably more expensive) sister property, they were quick to respond to calls and requests. Small Rooms

There was three of us traveling together, husband, wife and grandson. The room was very small for three of us. We each had three suitcases which left no space to get around. Our grandson ended up leaving the first night and got a room at another hotel.
