Dear Mrs. Beatriz, you are not doing something right, you gave us 1 as an evaluation without staying in our hotel. Is it correct, what do we have to reconsider? We explained to you that it was to late to cancel, you cancelled last minute but more than that your reservation was a not refundable reservation then it was not possible to cancel or to amend. When something out of your contro it does not means that we have to pay for it! If it was your Airline Company fault then you can ask them to refund you or if you have an travel insurance you can even ask them to be refunded! We explained to you that it was not possible to cancel for the above reasons but we offered you a very special discount for a future stay which is the only kind of possible compensation. We were very polite and tried to explain you how the rules are but it looks like that we did something terrible. Dear Mrs. Beatriz, we did not and we would be very pleased to have you as a Guest in our house just to show you how good we are. We are paying for the mistales of Others and that is not that's not fair.
