Liked the staff welcome message. Staff is very helpful as they answered all queries patiently and with clarity. Shuttle service is excellent and Holiday Inn must continue it as it is very useful. Breakfast was excellent with so much variety. This is the very first time I have seen Hotel staff offering shaving Razor, foam, paste happily and free of charge. Overall, I will and would love to book Holiday Inn in every cointry where we will plan for Holidays and it is available. Excellent service model and very pleasing staff. This is just a classic American style Holiday Inn, perfect for a few nights stay. Very clean and good service. The hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk from the bus that takes you into Venice. Alot of people leave reviews saying that it is a falsley advertised, and that the bus stop is very far, and that is true if you use Google maps, however if you go through the back parking lot it cuts the walking time by 80% and it is actually quite short. Ask the front desk and they will give you a map to the bus stop and even sell you tickets for 1.5 euro. Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend this place.
