This Home is a 10 Minute Drive from the balneario cerro gordo, and a 15 Minute Drive from the Majestic La Playa Mar Chiquita and Puerto Nuevo. Located 25 Mins West of San Juan, it is in an extremely conveinient location to sightsee as it is a short distance from the highway. Enjoy the Rooftop Terrace, Private Courtyard and lovely nature nearby !!!! The home has 4 Bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king size bed, a Dresser and a Private Bathroom. There are Queen Size beds in 2 of the bedrooms with Dresser, The Last bedroom Features Bunkbeds, 3 of the 4 Bedrooms have their own TV's , The house has a Washer and Dryer, A Full Size Stove and a Full Size refridgerator. The Living Room also has a Television for your enjoyment. The home has recently been remodeled, features and outdoor Private Courtyard, a Rooftop Terrace and a Covered Front Porch so you can enjoy the Lovely Outdoor Temps even when its Raining.
