"Couldn't really fault this hotel, great location and walking distance to all areas we wanted to visit. The staff are exceptional and so helpful and friendly. Sadly at check in we weren't informed that the roof top restaurant/bar wasn't open on a Sunday and as we were only there 2 nights was a shame as we planned to visit on the Sunday evening. The tea and coffee in our room was very limited and we were only left 2 sachets of coffee and small amount of milk but we survived (lol) Another thing we noticed that the TV did not work (not that we needed to watch as Gothenberg has plenty to see and do) The iron in our room was in poor condition and burnt my blouse. The reception staff kindly are hopefully sorting a refund for the newly purchased blouse with the finance department. Helene and Nathalie we have to mention as they were so welcoming and helpful. All said we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It was so clean. Didn't eat at the hotel so cant comment on the food. We were on the 21st floor and the views were excellent."
