Disappointing hotel

First room had broken wardrobe, and was disabled room, complained to manager got upgraded to suite. On 2nd day room service failed to replace empty shower gel bottle, restock tea bags & replace the flannels. Had to chase reception twice to get this done.. Beds were not comfortable and wall shook when other rooms opens door and the people on floor above were incredibly noisy. Good location. Expected a lot better for the star rating & price paid. Disappointed in the hotel. Won’t stay in radiation again.

Perfect location

Wonderful stay at the hotel which is directly across from the central station and bus terminal. There is also a metro stop with all lines so perfect location for travelling around the city. The hotel is huge and beautifully decorated. We had a room with an internal balcony but heard no noise during our stay. The staff even allowed us to check in early as rooms were available. We spent a couple of hours in the spa which had amazing facilities and beautifully decorated. Would totally recommend the hotel and the city!!

Very comfortable hotel

Beds so comfortable it was hard to leave. And the front desk staff were great, friendly and helpful- making extra accomodations for us because I was on crutches and struggled to walk.

We were told upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a superior room, which was apparently the same type of room we originally booked. When we arrived, the room had multiple housekeeping issues, so we went to the front desk to address it. After explaining the situation, they moved us to an executive room, but unfortunately, even that room had cleanliness problems. The whole experience was disappointing, especially with the lack of consistency in room quality and cleanliness. Hoping for better management of these issues in the future.
