The room had a window facing into an indoor soccer arena, which made the room very dark. It was a little disappointing not to have a window facing outside. The rest of the facilities was as expected. The restaurant had a great morning brunch!

Lovely hotel and conference centre on outskirts of Gothenburg. You do have to get a tram and there’s a short walk to get there. Huge sports centre as part of it and park/ sports fields around it. Nice to get out of the city ( a lot of building work in Gothenburg at the time of the visit). Public transport is efficient and frequent so no problem getting to and from the hotel. Rooms basic and beds very comfortable. Everything clean. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.

Rooms without outside windows- need to specify

We had booked a 3-day stay at this hotel and when we arrived we realised that the room did not have a window to the outside. There were 2 huge windows toward the football hall. As the hall was not in use it was so dark in the rooms. When we asked in the reception to change, they asked us if we had specified that we wanted an outside window. It is not written in the description that there are rooms without windows. The showers had molds in them but were otherwise clean. We will not stay at this hotel again eventhough the people working at the hotel were nice, the rooms without light were horrible to stay in. Especially as the lightning in the rooms were very dark.
