The house has a fireplace, 3 TOTO toilet seats, ping pong table, hardwood & tile throughout the house. Back and side of the house is fenced and you will enjoy the water fountain, swing tub and firepit in backyard as well as 42’ x 12’ deck with a patio furniture. You will also enjoy fruit trees (Figs, Afghan Berry, Pear, cherry, black berry and grapes during season), rose and other flowers in front and backyard. Planter boxes are available to grow your desire vegetables. The attached three car garage, driveway and the semi cul-de-sac offers ample space for parking. The house is 5 minutes from Portland, than10 minutes from Portland airport and minutes away from downtown Vancouver, hospital, Wall Mart, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, Vancouver mall, I-5, 205 and HWY 14.
