Beautiful duplex with large south-facing terrace overlooking the Galibier
Very nice 55 m² duplex on the 3rd floor (no lift) for 8 people (see 9 if it is a child) with all the comfort you want in the center of a quiet hamlet (Les Verneys) (2 km away) de Valloire), accessible by free shuttle every 15 min in winter (which saves you having to take your car), and 5 minutes from the shops, 150 m from the ski lifts on foot, small soap (small easy ski slope) 50 meters from the cross-country ski trail. At the bottom of the building, a playground for playing pétanque, football, basketball surrounded by greenery and visible from the balcony if you want to keep an eye on your children. It consists of 3 bedrooms all upstairs, 2 bathrooms, one on each floor and 2 separate toilets, one on each floor. The 1 st bedroom, a small attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 bed), 1 small velux window, 2 bedside tables with lamps, storage for your belongings, a coat rack and a shelf; the 2nd bedroom, medium with 1 double bed, (140x200 bed), a small velux window, a small window, a large closet, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, a coat rack, and a flat screen TV; the 3rd bedroom, a little larger, with a large velux window with superb view of the Galibier a sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 200 bed), an ottoman, a bedside table with a lamp and storage for your belongings including one small shelf above the bed with spotlights and 2 drawers. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with a shower, 1 heated towel rail, a sink with mirror and storage space, and right next to it, a separate toilet with sink and washing machine. Downstairs, you have a large living room with a large corner sofa that can be transformed into 2 x 1 pers (80 cm) or 1 x 2 pers (160 cm) beds, a sliding drawer under the sofa, a small table , flat screen TV, DVD and stereo with iPod connection. You also have board games for adults and children, books and Wi-Fi access by purchasing an SFR internet coupon at the tobacco bar in Valloire at a price of 10 euros or 30 euros depending on the load you want.(you have to give the number of the line of the apartment which is above the box and then the figures which are on the coupon) In the living room, you have a super equipped American kitchen with 3 hot plates induction, oven and all appliances, raclette, pancake, fondue available. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with 1 shower, 1 sink with wardrobe and mirror and a towel dryer and right next to a separate toilet. In the entrance hall is a large closet for clothes, shoes and hats and gloves. The living room opens onto a large 10 m² terrace facing south with a superb view of the Galibier where you can eat on the table or relax in the deckchairs or in the hammock (sun in the morning until 4 p.m.), in the evening you you can stay on the terrace thanks to the exterior lighting. You have a ski locker on the 2nd floor; a closed garage in the building with storage available for ski equipment, ski boots, or toboggans which saves you having to carry your skis with your shoes on to the 2nd floor and having to clear your car or find a place in the often crowded outdoor car park. In summer, you are at the foot of many walks from the apartment, you do not even need your car! 5 min walk, you have tennis courts and a golf course (6 holes).
