"Lovely property , stayed a night. Did find a few hairs on the bed, which wasn’t so pleasant but the rest of the property was very clean. Requested a late checkout the day before but never heard anything back, so I had to chase it up only for them to decline less than two hours before my checkout. Checkout was 11am but the cleaner came into the room at 10:30 without knocking, which I did not appreciate. Other than that it was a good stay."
