In General the hotel is ok. The front desk at check in looked like she wasn't having a good day. We were asked to pay for parking, even though the booking mentioned free parking, according to the front desk it was something new but the signs outside said otherwise. First room AC wasn't working they Did manage to give us a new room.

Great Experience

Was able to check in early, we were about an hour early. Room was nice clean and cool. Breakfast with 2 kids was perfect! 2 diy waffle stations, oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage and hash browns. Beverages included coffee, OJ, cranberry, apple juice, and milk. Even had Almond milk for the lactose intolerant like me, so it was VERY appreciated.

It was fine.

Started rocky with a key issue and having to go back to the front desk three times. The man at registration was sure I was not entering the key correctly and I felt he was a little condesending. However calling a maintenance man to check it out after my 3rd visit was frustrating. I was offered a break on the price and I took it! The rest of the stay went without a hitch.
