"I had difficulty (they did not answer their phone) with Hotels.com.
The friendly and understanding Wingate staff resolved my problem with Hotels.com.
I am a bit feeble and old and the room provided for me and my wife was outstanding…it had all the necessities for a handicapped person like myself. Normally I would have requested a 1st floor room with handicapped facilities. However I was exhausted from a long drive and the difficulty with Hotel.com…That I just wanted to get to my room."
