Found within a manageable drive of Valdemierque, are the Hotel Alameda and Hotel Mozarbez Salamanca.
It's worth checking out the Don Gregorio along with the Hacienda Zorita Wine Hotel & Spa. The Don Gregorio can be found just 10 miles (16 kilometers) outside of the main part of Valdemierque. The Hacienda Zorita Wine Hotel & Spa, can be found just 17 miles (27 kilometers) away. Other Travelocity-listed hotels include the Hotel Rector and the Hospes Palacio San Esteban.
The larger Castilla - Leon region is definitely well worth visiting as well.
