Additional features include four guest suites, each with a flatscreen TV and luxurious, attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed, secondary has two twin beds that can be converted into a king, third and fourth suites have a queen size bed), a washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. Can use some new larger TVs and Keurig. Can use more items in the kitchen for cooking and meal prep. Leave heated pool and Jacuzzi open a little later. Change bed in poolside bedroom from queen to king
