At check out (10am) there was a long queue and only 1 employee on duty, we waited 25 mins only to hand the keys and bath cards over (had asked if we needed to queue and was told yes, but in fact not really necessary). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t book breakfast because it was too expensive (€88 for our family per day)."
