However, a call to the number located on check in and the person on the other end quickly got it sorted and checked us in. The location was BEAUTIFUL, with mountains around us, a waterfall next door and Brown Swiss cows with their cowbells on the hill outside our windows. Our rooms were amazing- complete with kitchens, dining room and living room, by far the best rooms in our stay in Switzerland! Laundry was available, but it was our first stop so we didn't need it. The location made it easiest to have a rental car (we did) but there is a postbus that stops there (not sure how often). There is a nice grocery store in Urnasch a few minutes drive away. We really loved the hiking and sight seeing in this area!"
