"The front desk/cafe staff were the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I’ve been to! The woman working there in the morning gave a list of her favorite spots in the city and lots of local history and lore when I asked her for suggestions. The man who took my call to make reservation changes couldn’t have been easier to talk to and was so accommodating. The king room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the water in the room and in the cafe/lobby. Great garden patio to relax in. Only one drawback was the double room we also got for our son smelled musty. The staff were kind in switching his room. "

"Great 2 day stay. Very attentive host (even provided travel size items - toothbrush with toothpaste, etc, which was super helpful), perfect communication. Very clean and inviting, just like the pictures. House sits on a somewhat busy street and traffic noise might bother light sleepers (sirens at night, etc). It is also right next door to CVS, which is very convenient. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is right next to the streetcar line which is very convenient. The rooms are nice and homey with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds! The breakfast items are limited, but it was nice sitting outside on the patio with our coffee and muffins watching the streetcars go by. I'd definitely stay there again when visiting NOLA!"
