"Always a pleasure staying here. I have stayed here many times over many years now, both for work and more recently for family trips. Check in is generally fast, parking on site is a bonus, great buffet restaurant, good sized rooms, central locstion with access direct onto lambton quay and the staff are very friendly. On our most recent trip, my 4-yo son popped out to ask the housekeeper for clean towels, and the lady was very friendly towards him. When we got back to our room later in the day, she'd left him a little note "to her little friend," with several Whitakers chocolates and wishing us a great day. What an amazing lady to go to this extra effort to make my son's day! I also mentioned on check in that we were down for my 40th birthday and was then given a voucher for a free beer, wine or barista coffee. I just wish the team wouldn't always ask, "have you stayed with us before" haha. Yes, plenty of times and I plan for many more!"
