I paid for this room it was a icebox the heat didn’t work and when turned off cold air continue to blow the bed was broken and the sheets were filthy

Good morning Dmario, Im confused. you approached me on December 20,2023 about your room being dirty and cold and I offered to move you to another room and you declined. I even asked you if you wanted housekeeping to come clean the room, again you declined. I find it very odd that you would write such a bad review spewing untruths because you have renewed your stay twice since and you are still in that room. If you had all of those isuues you shouldve checked out. With that being said, your stay is here is going pretty well because you are still here.

Front desk and staff did the best they could with what they were working with. Needs to close down for major Reno. Shower curtain was raggedy, toilet paper holder was not bolted to wall, bathroom faucet was loose, curtains didn't close completely no privacy. Police was called to facility for confrontation.

They tried to charge me for the room even though I paid Travelocity for it. The place is terrible, the beds are just a step above sleeping under a bridge. Get a motel 6, at least this is what you expect there!

This property is okay for a one-night traveler. I was not happy with the miscommunication with management. Management checked me out of my room without any knowledge or communication. I was not pleased about the room overview and service. I would not stay at this location again.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff was horrible. The outside was littered with trash. The room smelled and shower barely worked. There were no towels and when I went to the front desk to ask for towels I had to search the property to find the front desk person who ended being outside sitting in her car.
