Very cozy, great location

Great place! The rooms are nice big and the bed was super comfy. The kitchen is huge and has all the basics. We plan to book again.

spring break stay

great location for the beach, was there on Orange Crush weekend which we were not aware of prior so all stores and restaurants closed all day Saturday.

Great place and close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and easy to get around. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make Breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again.breakfast and lunch.

Tubes fun!

The property was clean and comfortable. A great location. I don't know if you commucates with a real person. But they seemed available. If I had 1 wish it would be for more counter in the bathroom. And maybe another mirror outside the bathroom. Teenagers always hog the mirror. ;-)

Apartment in older house

Department was clean and well appointed. The beds were wonderful as were all the little throw pillows. However, the noise from the apartments above and beside us was rather annoying. The house is not insulated. Location is great. Tybee Island has issues. Parking downtown for an hour for four dollars is absolutely ridiculous. Let.

Great location and unit

The unit was perfect for our family of four. We only had one minor maintenance issue and the owners were very responsive and took care of it right away. I particularly loved the screened in porch and the very short walk to the beach!

Great experience but needs some tlc

The location and home are great. Most comfortable bed I could ask for away from home. Would be better if they cleaned up the pine needles outside and fixed the fridge door and dishwasher. 3 rolls of tp, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags and one kitchen towel was a bit sparse for a full week.

Good location but few maintenance issues

The unit was very clean & in a great location for my group. Very short walk to the beach & quick bike ride to restaurants. The master bed frame broke as soon as we got there, called rental company & someone came out on the 2nd day to fix it. Did a temporary fix but we came back and the other side of the bed was out of place. So the master mattress was on the floor the whole trip. We tried to sleep on the pullout but that mattress was so incredibly uncomfortable that we settled for the broken master bed. Ice maker didn’t work, fire alarm constantly going off throughout the day.

Perfect for small family

Clean unit that is perfectly situated 2 blocks from ocean, plenty of walkable dining, and most importantly (to some in our group), a park one block away with playground, basketball, volley ball, and pickle ball courts!!

Not a single family vrbo

I am writing this review because I want to make clear to others thinking about renting this place that it is NOT a single family home. There are four units in this VRBO separated by very thin walls. Our neighbors this weekend had very noisy children who were screaming and crying most of the weekend. The walls were so thin it sounded as if they were in our room. I videoed it just because it was almost comical how loud it was. It certainly made our stay much less relaxing. The listing does not indicate at all it is a multi-apt place. For the price it was not a good value. I could have gotten a hotel room for much less and with less noise.

Quiet friends weekend

Our house is located underneath oaks and is on a biking trail. We sat on the screened front porch and watched bicyclist riding by. Then we walked to the beach, all the while enjoying the quiet neighborhood. Our trips to Savannah were easy and we enjoyed the AC when we got back. No frills- just perfect.

Relaxing week

The rental provided a great, well-appointed home base to walk to beach, park, shops, and restaurants. My only tiny complaint might be that the shower head needs replacing. It got the job done but was like using a car wash. Lol

Great location

The property was good! Great location!!!! The nose from the upstairs unit was a bit much sometimes there where several outlets in the kitchen that didn’t work and ONE bathroom for 4-6 people was a challenge. For the most part it was clean and did I mention it has a great location!!! Oh…. The pool is about 10 blocks from the house. You have to drive!!!

Older unit

Great location close to the beach. Good sized unit. Unfortunately the unit was dirty when we checked in. There were a lot of stains on the den carpet and sofa. We had to put a sheet in the sofa to feel comfortable sitting on it! They did send a maid back out to clean but there was only so much she could do! The window in the bathroom was very rusted!

Orangecrush weekend

Our stay was ok, but it would have been helpful if we were told about orange crush when we booked our stay. I would have chosen a different weekend to visit. Traffic was horrendous getting on to the island on Saturday. It took us 4 hours to get from savannah back to the property. We really couldnt enjoy the islands eateries either because a lit of them had to close because it was so crazy. If they werent shut down, they were completely full. I really didn't feel safe walking around the island with so many college age people there either. I will research more thoroughly if i visit again.

Perfect for Our Last Minute Trip

We found a clean, spacious house with comfortable beds and a functional kitchen. Plenty of space for the two of us but would easily accommodate more. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we found it a good home base with easy to access the local beaches and other things to do in the area, as well as a good place to just chill for awhile. The one piece of advice I would give future guests is to plan to arrive during daylight hours since it could be a little hard to locate after dark.

Very clean and well appointed. Close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining. Would suggest renting a golf cart from locale provider, well in advance, but makes the access to everything way easier and you don't have to pay for parking!
