Overall the house is clean and very well stocked with kitchen supplies. There are small details that need more attention. The ice maker is moldy and not working, both washers have a black residue in them on the rubber areas. The 2nd floor bath has a lot of soap scum built up on the door, and stains on the rug. Some of the bedding had hair stuck to it or stains. There are burn marks on the floor in front of the oven and when using the oven it gets really hot on the floor, seems like a fire hazard. There are stains on the roof of the 2nd floor porch, the grill is filthy, rusted out, and needs to be replaced. The outdoor shower is duct taped together making it difficult to use. A second trash can outside would be great, they picked up Friday and we were already overflowing by Sat. The location is good, the space and views are beautiful. The 3rd floor room with the 2 queen beds, the mattresses seem warped, they do not lay flat, making it quite uncomfortable. We had a little hiccup at check-in with the door code not working but the rental company was able to resolve in 30 minutes. They never did send anyone out to check the lock to see why the code didn't work, which they said they would.
