L'accoglienza Ăš stata un disastro.Ci hanno consegnato la chiave in una struttura vicino alla casa e non Ăš venuto nessuno con noi a dare le indicazione di nulla sulla gestione di essa.
Arrivato li, non riuscivamo ad accendere la Caldaia e c'era molto freddo. Nessuno rispondeva al telefono per darci indicazione o aiutare. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato il manuale in un cassetto del Tavolo e siamo riuscito ad accenderlo.La pulizia non era buona.Ancora peggio,mancava un pezzo di pavimento.Pericolo!
Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone e era soltanto fatto il letto alla francese,gli altri letti ( singoli ) abbiamo dovuto aprire noi , cercare le lenzuola, poiche nessuno ci rispondeva al telefono.Gli ho mandato sms e nulla...La cosa piĂč assurda Ăš che non c'erano le coperte.
Il riferente della casa(reperibilità )mi ha risposto solo al mattino evitando la problematica nemmeno chiedono, educatamente,SCUSA e insistendo affinché io non dimenticasse di lasciare i soldi della pulizia e soggiorno sul tavolo.
Ovviamente ho lasciato il soldi sul tavolo, ma ho insisto la cortesia (che mi era dovuta)sul fato che avevo bisogno delle coperte poichĂ© mancava per i letti singoli.Ho fatto anche una richiesta extra,spiegandoli che pensavo di avere 4 letti e che se era possibile portarmi un servizio in piĂč per poter dormire nel divano. Ignorato e non servito.
Siamo stati tutti il giorno a lavorare e quando siamo tornati li non solo non aveva ancora preso i soldi ma non aveva portato nemmeno i piumini.
