Excellent Condo very close to the Aldea Zama entrance and road to the beach
Erick's apartment is in an excellent location with easy access to the two main supermarkets and restaurants. parking is very secured with a security guard that grants access in an out of the condominium area. The unit itself is perfect for a family of 4-5. Two bdrms. one with a King bed and the other one with two doubles. VERY comfortable mattresses. The unit has A/C and a ceiling fan as well in the living room. Given is a penthouse, you also have access to the roof area with additional seating area, a jacuzzi and daybeds. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need to make meals including spices. Erick even had water and beers in the fridge for us upon arrival. This building (NATURA) has one of the best pools in Aldea Zama. The pool is about 23 meters long and 1.5 meters deep making it ideal for swimming. There is a small shallow end for kids if needed, Overall, you would have a great stay in this condo. We will definitely be coming back.

This property was enjoyable for our family to stay at. The condo had all the conveniences of home, was clean, and was roomy. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities made our stay so much easier. Great Condo!
This condo has a very nice layout, and is well appointed with everything you’ll need. The decks are spacious and the rooftop patio is a plus! We enjoyed the location of this condo, close enough to walk or ride bikes to town, and only a short car ride to the beach. The owner was helpful and prompt to reply with any questions we had. We look forward to staying again at this condo.
