We came as a group and had a really nice stay. Everything was clean and nice environment. It’s very cheap and safe. The staff were very kind and friendly, even the people that stayed there. I would 100% book here again for a trip back to tulum. The view waking up to the pool was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! I have never left a review but this place was really nice

Great experience and beautiful hotel within the local community. Pool was relaxing and the room was superb. I left my phone on the shuttle on the way to the location and John helped me get it back. What a trip saver! Highly recommend.

The hotel was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and has everything you need in it. Would definitely stay a next time if I happen to visit Tulum.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff was super friendly and attentive to every detail. They also have connections with transportation services, which was very convenient. Breakfast is by menu and really tasty. The hotel is quiet, and the area feels like a true getaway zone. I would definitely come back!

Excellent stay and definitely recommend staying here when in Tulum, Javier and John are excellent, very attentive and have great customer service. The hotel amenities are incredible, pools, room and breakfast was delicious.

Newer hotel set deep into a neighborhood. Grounds were kept very clean. Free breakfast on sitr. Chilaquiles were amazing. No security(locks/keycards) to enter the hotel. Accessible to anyone who walks in the front. Room had a terrible smell of mildew. Extremely large gaps in the foor allowing bugs in. Private pool on our patio was very small (4ftx4ft). Didn't use due to the plants the were covering half of the pool and bare wires sticking out of the wall next to the pool.

The room was amazing with the exception of the bathroom not having AC!! The back wall was open so there was a lot of mosquitos and we would have to spray bug repellent so we could use it and not get bit up. The only day we decided to have use the free breakfast.. All we wanted was the coffee and juice and when I asked the guy if I could have another cup of watermelon juice, even though we didn't eat anything. He told me I couldn't, that it was one per customer. Then when he saw I made a face. He decided I could have one, but would charge me. Which I don't mind. But tell me that first instead of saying no. or consider I didn't get a meal and just give me another cup.
