There are a lot of cockroaches, the hallways aren't clean, the bathroom in the room smelled like ammonia, the microwave was dirty, and the carpets were dirty. The beds appeared to be clean, but everything else was terrible; the staff, however, was friendly.

The staff was wonderful, especially when I went to let my boyfriend in the back door and I got locked out of my room, with dinner cooking. The manager on call at night came and let me in right away!
