This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood on the Eastside of Tucson has just been remodeled. Minutes from I-10 / Houghton, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, parks, schools and many other local attractions. It is completely furnished for your comfort for a stay of 1 day to 365 days. Nice courtyard to relax all day, full size backyard with grill, corner lot so parking is not a problem. The house also has 2 - 55" TV'S, each bedroom comes with a dresser and hangers in the closet for long stays. Wi-Fi is provided also.

My family and I had an amazing and comfortable stay and was in a quiet neighborhood. Good location and close to few shopping centers and eateries. Loved the Dutchound decor super cute!! The house was perfect for a 4 day stay in the Tucson area to visit family. We chose it over a hotel so we would have more room and privacy. It was a bonus to be able to park our rental car in the garage. Snacks and drinks were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great access to Pima County Fairgrounds

We come to Tucson every year for equestrian events at the Pima County Fairgrounds. There is not much that is close to the venue, but this property was perfect for us. Just a few minutes away. It was clean, well appointed, and affordable. We will likely stay here next year if it is available.
