This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with parking for 1 vehicle in the garage, 2 in the paved driveway and it is a PET FRIENDLY house. It sleeps 8 adults and is just a couple of blocks from the public beach. Downstairs is the living area, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, 2 decks (one out back and one out front) and an attached garage. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a Cal-King size bed, the second room has 1 queen bed and a twin bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The last room at the end of the hall has 2 twin beds. This unit rents as a short term rental in the Summer.*Nightly Minimum Subject to Change for Holidays** 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, 7 night minimum for Christmas/New Year's, 3 night minimum for Martin Luther Holiday Weekend, 3 night minimum for Presidents Holiday Weekend, 7 night minimum over the 4th of July, 3 night minimum for Labor Day holiday Weekend. 001428
