Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Personal items in fridge -> Clear out - Sink -> Clear sink of dirty pots/pans you used.
- Return Tahoe Donner guest cards to the key rack in the entryway. - Close and lock the sliding door to the rear deck.
- Fireplace -> OFF if you were using it (switch on bottom of control pad) - Heating -> ON at 55°F (prevents pipes freezing). - Lock the front door as you leave by pressing lock on keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
