We were most impressed with the detailed instructions for everything including parking, shower use, check in and checkout. We enjoyed the balcony as well. The other hotel guests were quiet and I was able to sleep well on my day off from work. I recommend room 13 for those guests that want privacy. Fyi, one can save money at this property by booking a "communal room".
