This apartment was just remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplaces, and beautiful, plastered crown molding. This terrific rental features 2 cozy bedrooms with a king and queen bed, a stylish bathroom with a shower, and a charming living room with an extra twin blowup bed. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, a hair dryer, and a washer/ dryer. Book now and enjoy everything this apartment has to offer.For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units.There is two more units in the same building , available for a group booking.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-Out Time: 10 a.m. or earlier. (If you check out early in the morning kindly let me know so our cleaners can get started right away, thank you!)
If a bed was slept in, please do not make the bed. This way we know it was usedPlease place dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Please place garbage from the kitchen and bathroom in the garbage bags.
Please be sure to clean any dirty dishes before departure. Turn off the A/C in the summer months, turn down the heat in the winter months, turn the lights off, lock up all the doors on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is absolutely no parting, smoking of any kind in the building. There will be $300 fee for smoking along.
