"My husband recently stayed at Buen Café Parador. His room was in one of the village-style little houses rather than the main hotel building. The first night was difficult because the room was close to the village area, and it was very noisy, making it hard for him to sleep. The next morning, he spoke with the receptionist, who was very helpful and moved him to one of the village houses located toward the back of the property. After the room change, everything was great. The new room was much quieter, comfortable, and he had a very pleasant stay. We really appreciated how quickly the staff resolved the issue. If you're staying in the village houses and are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting one of the rooms in the back."
