Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

Second time renting at this property. Decorations were very nice and the unit was well-stocked. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils, plenty of towels and bedding. Unit was very clean and the communication with the owners was excellent.

Great Location

The condo was in the best location ever!! It was an easy walk to just about everything in downtown Traverse City. The ease of walking around for dinner for lunch for breakfast was amazing. The unit was good. It accommodate my daughter and I. I will definitely recommend this for someone else to stay. The parking was a little difficult. But we made it work. It would be nice if they had more spots for the tenants to park in the garage can be very pricey. But the Unit was excellent just as described.

Lovely Condo, perfect place to stay! It was a great location close to everything. Beautiful place, easy check-in and spotless. The host was prompt with all responses as we came a day early and he was able to add a day so we didn’t have to find somewhere else for a night, last minute. Would definitely stay again

Location is perfect - short walk to Front Street and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by on Cass & Union. It would have been helpful to have more instructions on locking the front door and using the thermostat. Found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable, and a few other annoyances cause me to rate this property as ok, but not exceptional.

Great location with all the needs for your stay

This condo was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Front street and the surrounding neighborhoods. This is a good thing since the parking can be difficult and and you have to pay. They had all the conveniences you would need including coffee and creamers, The only thing I would change would be to get a more comfortable couch and dimmers for the lights. The lighting was very bright and it would be nice to have an option for softer lighting. Overall I would recommend this place for your stay in Traverse City and the wineries.

Exactly What We Needed

From the location to the space to the available supplies (including the bandaids!), this unit was exactly what we needed and had been hoping for. Parking was simple, but we mostly tried to walk because there was so much to explore nearby. We would definitely recommend to our friends and would love to stay again!

Second Year Guest

This was the second year in a row that my sister and I stayed at as a guest at this property. The unit is extremely easy to get to and the parking lot is close as well. Thankfully, we were able to park for free our entire stay since the lot doesn’t have assigned parking. The unit is clean and provides great lighting and a comfy couch since my sister and I typically go to wineries during the day and stay in for the evening after dinner. The unit is very close to Front Street so walking around is a nice feature. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful condo in downtown TC. Great location. Was able to walk to dinner. Unit was well-equipped and very clean. Was pleasantly surprised to find coffee grounds, sugar and cream so we could brew our own coffee in the morning. Plenty of room for two people. Owners were very response. Would stay again.

Perfect Little Space in Downtown TC

Nice little space in downtown TC. Parking was no issue, and host's directions were clear and easy to follow. The condo itself was clean and cozy, with everything we needed in it already. Checkout was too easy - we shut off the lights, closed the windows, locked the door, and that was it - no hassle with garbage or laundry. Looking forward to our next stay.
