"The air didn’t cool well so i left my window open which exposed me to street noise. No big deal. The bathroom smelled of sewage so I kept the bathroom door closed. THE TRUE HIGHLIGHT WAS EDWARD WHO WORKED THE FRONT DESK. I had traveled all day from northern italy to rome and i knew i was going to be late for check in. I warned Edward via WhatsApp and he so kindly stayed after check in was over and let me in. I was so exhausted and so very grateful that i didn’t have to struggle physically or mentally at check in. I am not sure i would have survived it without Edward. He was always a phone call away to answer my questions. I really can not stress enough how he kindness improved my stay! Thanks so mich to Edward!"
