The hair dryer was filthy and disgusting to use. The room is not soundproof—you can hear neighbors talking and laughing until 2 a.m., and every door slam is so loud it’s startling. The hotel is extremely inflexible. Our booking was non-refundable, but we had to leave a day early due to a freezing rain warning that made the highway unsafe for driving. Expedia agreed to a refund, but the hotel manager refused, claiming that flights weren’t canceled and therefore the weather wasn’t a problem—an argument that makes no sense since we were driving, not flying. On the positive side, the receptionist was very nice. I will never come back to this hotel. I strongly recommend buying travel insurance if you stay here and don’t expect any exceptions from management.
