I have to pay $25.00 plus tax to park my vehicle for a room that costs $183.00, which was not disclosed to me before I paid online on Hotel.com. I have been travelling for the past 34 years. I have never had to pay for parking in a hotel where I lodged. Secondly, there was no shower gel in the bathroom for the customer to shower; the container was completely empty. Thirdly, the TV was not working, even though Hotel.com said it worked before payment. The front desk attendant was very sarcastic and disrespectful when I complained at check-out.

Waited for an hour to get checked in, i booked and paid for an assessible king room and there were none available, given a room with 2 queens and a tiny bathroom. I asked if i would be given a refund for the difference and he said no this room was better.... no water at breakfast buffet. Very disappointing.
