The hotel text me at 2:30 am to see how my stay was going. Bad enough I had to get up at 5:30 to catch my flight. Now I could not get back to sleep. Might as well have stayed at the airport. Also only one person to check in six rooms when we arrived. The good news is the shuttle was punctual, and the room was very clean. Just wish is would have got a chance to sleep.

Room was great. Much better than other hotels when staying in their dog friendly rooms. So wonderful to be attached to a restaurant (Chucks) that I didn't even have to walk outside to get into.

The staff was very courteous. I showed up at 1:30 and was allowed to check in early, which I really appreciated. Amenities were basic but adequate. The shuttle was right on time, and the driver was helpful, as I was recovering from surgery and could not lift very much.

Hotel was fine but shuttle service not. We were waiting for the shuttle where we were supposed to be. I called hotel and told them we were there. Shuttle picked people up in another location then cruised right on by our spot without even slowing down. I called hotel and desk clerk asked if I had pictures to prove it. Had to take a $42 cab ride to hotel. Next morning I was assured manager would contact me, no one ever called.

Spark by Hilton is a great place to stay when you are heading out on a flight the next day. You have a free shuttle to and from airport. Breakfast in the am and all you need in your room. Staff are friendly and the hotel is connected to a restaurant with good food.

Stayed here on a layover to catch our flight home. It was close to the airport with a free shuttle service that ran every half hour or so. Although the older low rise building seemed a little dated, rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, no tubs but a nice newer renovated shower room with nice bodywash gel, shampoo and conditioner. Continental breakfast is supplied, basic(no hot entrees) but gets your days started with bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, muffins, juices, good hot beverages. The Roadhouse next door was decent if you like BBQ and sportsbar style big screens. The lobby area had hot beverages available 24 hrs but no coffee makers in your room. Can't have it all i suppose. Nice for the price, staff were very good also. Very convenient stay.

As a budget hotel, there still should be at least, two glasses/cups provided instead of two flimsy paper cups that leaked. Wifi kept cutting out, staff not helpful
