My room didnt was bare no sheets on beds, no towels or tp,room smelled of old smoke, then wanted me to make my own beds up by giving me a pile of sheets

There was a $100 deposit for the stay. An additional $20 was charged for the night! The $100deposit was returned, but the room was dark (lighting was poor in bath & kitchen area) and dirty (floor was sticky to shoes & feet). Toilet was round not oval and the seat was not secure to the stool. Not recomended as place to stay.

We were not happy with the room. The beds were broken but we were able to find "spots" to sleep in for the night. the noise from the other renters in the hall or outside our window were like they were in the room. We were awakened three times and the person above us was stomping the floor, it sounded like. The walls just seemed paper thin.

Stayed in May-late check-in, went to supper before going to room, got to room and no towels or wash cloths-called for same and got chided for not checking my room immediately after checking in. After some time got towels and washcloths. Stayed in August with double occupancy, got to room and only one washcloth. Called to see if could get another and heard about housekeeping not showing up, person on phone having to work overtime, lots of linen to do, no idea when could get a washcloth to me. Not politely informed her that I was paying for double occupancy and if couldn't get what I paid for that I would be checking out and expecting a full refund. Within minutes staff brought a 2nd washcloth, still making excuses about no staff etc.

This was a terrible experience. No clean towels or soap. The room was falling apart and was dirty. I would like to somehow manage a partial refund if possible.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean. All offered amenities were easily accessed. It was a very peacful and relaxing night!!

No lobby. Room included a kitchen but there were zero kitchen supplies (no silverware, dish towels, soap, cups, nothing). Bed linens consisted of two thin sheets. Floors were in poor condition. Bathtub drain was rotted out. Building smelled like weed. Neighbors slamming doors all night.

We do differ from many hotel chains, and we know that. I apologize however, that the staff did not give you this information when you checked in as well. We do things differently not to be cheap, but to make our hotels affordable to many. Thank you for staying, we just wish it had been a better experience.
