It was conveniently located close to Ueno train. The staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, although the carpet was a bit tired and stained. I think they should instal new carpet in the rooms, maybe like the carpet in the hallway. I also recommend they change the floral wallpaper in the rooms to freshen them up and make the walls look stylish (maybe not a floral pattern). They shoul also vacuum under the bed.

I chose the Japanese style breakfast that was so great. It made this hotel worth to stay. Location was what they described, walking distance from JR Ueno station.

Service desk people were very helpful. The room was more than enough for the family of five. Breakfast was the best, taste good and healthy, and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The location is accessible to everything we needed, train, restaurant, convenient stores etc. I was really happy with my stay in this hotel and will be booking with them again in the future.
