I love that Grand Nikko is so close to disney. The area is nice,clean and quiet. The disney trains is a nice way to circle the area and get around. The only thing is i wished the hotel had more food options. With only two restaurants at the hotel i found myself getting on and off the train just to grab something to eat. Thats no fault of the hotel, just misjudgement on myside. Great place to stay

This is our third stay. We love their service, convenience, and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff there was awesome. Only downside is that the convenience store didn't have much food (e.g. rice balls, bento boxes) when we came back from the park at night. Also 2 out of 6 washers in the laundry room were broken when it was very busy. Repair workers came shortly though. We would most likely go back there next time.

We stayed for two nights to visit Disney. This was the least gracious and most delapidated hotel we stayed at during our one month in Japan. They are very strict about the check- in time and wouldn't let us access our room 45 minutes early even though it was ready. The furniture was worn and the breakfast was crowded and nothing remarkable. The next time we visit Tokyo Disney, we will stay somewhere else as there are a plethora of hotels in the area.

The property is beautiful and the 24 hour convenience store is awesome to have available. Getting to the Disney parks was super easy. There's a free shuttle to the Maihama station, but the walk to the Bayside monorail station is only a little more than 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the japanese restaurant had wonderful sushi.
